Old pics from the day it arrived. John did a fantastic job with this special order. It was ordered with a lambsfoot and clip with the traditional 3 3/8" closed length, not much has changed other than it's been carried and used a lot. . One of my favorites to carry.

I've only ever heard them referred to as Barlow's. Maybe because of the shape?

Christian is correct. Your knife is a shadow jack. The knife posted after yours is a fine example of a barlow. Note the size of the bolster. But hey, it's a great idea for a thread my friend!

The blade and frame shape are barlow style, it just needs a long bolster and no shield, there's plenty of barlows with shields but they don't appeal to me.
