Custom blade replacement for Wave?

I really love my Leatherman Wave, but I'd love it more if the clip blade was made of a better steel.

I thought I remembered hearing of someone who would install better blades on multi-tools... anyone know who? Or am I mistaken?

If this service exists and the cost is high, I guess I could just buy a new Charge TTI with an S30V clip blade, but I kind of like the locking feature on the Wave.

The price of the Charge AL, ALX tools have come down at a number of stores lately. If the 420HC isn't doing it for you, you could trade up to 154cm.
