I've had this posted on Bernard Levine's ID sub-forum with little success, so I thought I'd try it over here. A few folks thought it may have been from Bowen Blades with a later tooled marking instead of the hand-marked work of Tilton or James. I don't see a connection there and to me the markings looks like a lowercase "fjd" connected. Any help would certainly be appreciated, as I'd really like to quit looking at it from every conceivable angle trying to figure it out.

Looking through '95 Knives Annual. fjd = Not the described mark but it may be an early one by Frank J. Dilluvio?

^^^ That's it! I went back to Knives 1990 and then the described mark was: Circle FJD.
