Custom Buck 389 Canoe

Have always liked this pattern but never cared for the pen blade.
During the modification of the knife I debated about replacing the scales but decided to have it look like something that Buck might have offered instead. Now it carries like a nicer Sodbuster with its thin profile.

I'm with you, usually don't need the pen blade. For me, one blade is usually fine.

Thanks for the comments! This has become one of my favorite EDC blades even though it not too flashy. Good size blade and fits nicely in the watch pocket of my jeans. Working on a regrind/rescale of a Buck Trio at the moment so maybe it will be in rotation soon.
