Custom Buck knife, 110 shipping time

I ordered a custom 110 on Jan 6th. It's supposed to ship on Feb 24th. Just curious if anyone knows if they generally run on time? Thanks.

I ordered a custom 112 back in December. I don't have the order and delivery date in front of me but from what I recall it was on the shorter side of what was quoted at the time of order.

All of my customs have seen at least a little use. I'm still fairly new to the world of collecting, and only a handful of my Bucks are "safe queens". I do try to reserve my custom knives for light duty tasks, to keep them pretty.

Sounds like a good plan. I will post a pic of mine when I get it. I had one from long ago but misplaced it.

I only have two from the custom shop, but I seem to remember that they give you an expected ship date when you order. Maybe that's what he's referring to.
Anyway, both of mine arrived earlier than the estimated date, but they may still be a little behind because of the holidays.

We ordered one on 3 Dec with a ship date of 22 Jan…..Buck finally messaged us a day or so ago that it has shipped….not very happy with how late this is but I’m sure it will be a good one. I’m not sure I will order another as I felt I was in the dark forgotten. At very least, someone should’ve contacted us to mention the delay as a common courtesy. Life goes on.

I got the magnacut blade. Your thoughts on this choice?

Great choice. If one's budget allows Magnacut - that's what I would choose (I have a 111 in the mail).

That's a nice knife & Magnacut would be my choice. I have two Bucks in Magnacut, and another on the way.
