Custom build question

I have spent a bit of time drooling over my keyboard looking at customs. Every now and again I see a custom “tribute” or clone if you will of another maker (Bose...R.I.P.) or of a production knife. Any recommendations on who would be the person to contact to make a say for example 18 or 32 pattern pre ‘77 Case? The custom stockmen I see are usually beefier if that makes sense.

I never see any custom built similar to those. Maybe Case just made em sooooo nice no one ever thought to make one.
