I just finished this one for a fellow forumite. The blade steel is O1, blade length is 6.75" by .25" thick, Mild steel fittings and bocote handle. Please give me some feedback. Thanks!

You told me you weren't taking orders. But if you build another one, I'll happily buy it. How's that for feedback :)

Seriously, I do like the dimensions on this knife. Seems large enough to do some real work but small enough to be easy to carry and use. The etch is nice to - enough to show the transition zone without making the blade look old. I'm sure the grinds are clean and symmetric as well. I recently acquired one of your knives in the secondary market and was very pleased with the fit and finish.

Same here--you're not taking orders! Build me one and I'll buy it!

Thanks guys. I'm not taking orders at least for a while. I want to take some time to make knives that I feel like , mostly traditional style bowies. I also want to try making a folder. I've made folders before but I feel that I need more practice.

Overall i like everything about the knife, flows together nicely and looks like it'll take on whatever you can put it through.beautiful work

Great Knife Ray. I'll be interested in seeing how your folder(s) turn out. Do you have any pics of the ones you've made before? You can email if so eric.moss@williams.com .

I love the blade I recently picked up f/ya. :D

Just wanted to say that I'm the one who is now loving on this beauty, and I am completely impressed with everything about it. Ray has been added to my list of makers that make my heart beat a little faster when I see a post by them in the "knives for sale" forum.

Haven't used it yet for much other than snuggling, but the time is coming...
