I have been singing a lot at the grinder lately. :D
I made this one for a forum member and it will be heading North tomorrow.
It is made of 3/16" thick 5160 sellectivelly heat treated (did I have to mention this? :D ) and has plenty of belly. The handle is big and confortable, proportionating a very firm grip.
Tell me how you like it, buddies.

Looks like it would go well in a survival kit. Light weight and functional.
I think a kydex sheath to clip over the blade would look good.

Thanks for your comments.
Brian, let me congratulate you for your baby! I just read about it.
Reg, it is quite wide al almost 2", but very light due to the full flat grind and 3/16" thickness - that was the idea for the Capivara line, by the way - a light camp knife that was more versatile than my bigger blades. And I just finished its kydex sheath. ;)

Ivan, it looks real good.........Stout and ready to work. What is the Blade lenght?? Overall lenght ??

Hello, Chris

Thanks for yoru comments. It is about 8 1/2" long, with a blade slightly longer than 4 1/4".
