Here is part of a set I've been doing for a good friend.
Steel is 440c and the scales is figured walnut.

Those look really nice. What materials did you use? How thick is the large chef's knife at the spine and behind the edge?

All pieces are made of 440c and figured walnut.
The large chopper is made from a stock that is 3/16" x 3" wide
the blade is 12.5" , overall; 17.5"
