I've posted some pictures in the passed regarding some fixed blades that Tyler made me, when he said he was going to give some folders a try I said 'sign me up.' The folder & spring is CPM 154 and the liners, bolsters, and pins are 410 stainless. The scales are a desert ironwood which I am really fond of and have some other knives wrapped in. Let me know what you think!

I love slip joints. This is no exception. I love the ironwood. In the last pic of it open it looks belt finished. Is it? I like a hand rubbed finish myself. That in no way would sway me on this one though, I think its great.

Thanks Chris! It is a 220 sanded finish, my fixed blades are pretty polished but I think this has a more utilitarian feel for an EDC knife.

That is a beautiful knife. Excellent work, really admire the ironwood.

Thanks!

Nice looking in deed, love the high figured ironwood.
Fit/finish looks good, the maker's mark is a little over-stated though IMO.:thumbup:

That is superb looking folder there.

Thanks! As my finger can attest, it's quite sharp as well. :)

I'm usually really picky about a mark, I don't mind his for whatever reason, Different strokes for different folks I guess. The wood is my favorite I was really persistent about something without a lot of the yellow/orange you see now.
