Seems working with custom makers is all the rage these days - Camillus, Ontario, Benchmade, and Spyderco seem to have jumped into these with both feet. Buck seems off to a good start in collaborating with custom makers with the Striders. How about taking a look at more efforts with some of the local San Diego county custom makers? We seem to have a few around. I sure would like to see an Ellis/Buck bowie. I can dream...

For the appreciation of Native American Artists, the collaboration with Brian Yellowhorse to produce the Buffalo Hunter is another great knife available from Buck Knives. It has all the quality found in the old Yellowhorse knives, hopefully with prospects for more to be offered. With all the offerings available, it is hard to be focused on what to produce. I look forward to more Yellowhorse quality inlayed knives.

Also, let us not over look the Custom knife maker at Buck, Wilde Bill Cody. He has a great ability to design many great knives, including the 976 100 anniversary dagger. A collaboration between Wilde Bill and Yellowhorse for a 15 Anniversary Buck Collectors Club knife is also in the works. Talk about two great artists working together to produce for the collectors.....
