Custom damascus bird & trout knife

Just finished this one...it's made using 1095 and 15n20 steels with 228 layers. The scales are burnt amber with a gaboon ebony spacer and nickel silver bolsters. I opted to not put a lanyard hole on this one...last one I made with the lanyard got pretty nasty from fish blood, etc.

That is my understanding that knife! Handsome, strong, working. I am very pleased!
