Well, people have said here recentl "Let's quit arguing about arguing, and see some knives!" Great idea! Here's one. ;) :D

Steel: W2

Hardness: 61

Blade length: 4"

Total length: 8"

Blade thickness: 5/32"

Handle material: Midnight Tiger G10. First knife I've made with G10...

Thanks for looking!

Comeon, you're killling me, lol.

Would you consider making me a custom knife? If so, what do your prices run around...

Certainly I'll consider it....

Ok, sure. :D Why don't you send me an email, then we can talk prices. My address is phillip at patton blades dot com. Thanks!

Hell no its not for sale!! Loving it Phillip. That design is killer. The scales give it a unique look. Definitely enjoying it. Don't forget to email me about the others especially that beast you just made.

ok im going to be the jerk while i like it
the plunge and the but of the handle angle nicely and i like the blade shape but the front of the handle seems to be out of place

like it should follow more the plunge cut or be lighter curved to help match up with the point of the blade

maybe just how it looks in the pictures. other then that i think its a nice blade

That is one nice-looking working knife. Clean and purposeful. No surprise that the customer is happy with this one.

A different style for you, Phillip, judging from what I've seen on BF and your website gallery. I like to see smiths diversify their portfolio of offerings a la Burt Foster, whose array is so great that it produces a "paralysis of priority" in me so that I can never settle on one steel or style while luxuriating in the "dilemma of riches."

This one will be a blue collar mainstay in your line--elegant, functional, and inexpensive. After you have hammered out 10,000 of these you might regret posting its image here.

I'm always amused at the descriptor "simple." If it were so simple, why are so many simple knives ugly?

Some over-civilized, city slicker collectors want Miss America gussied up in high fashion, but us backwoods rednecks prefer her without makeup in sweatshirts and jeans just like this little number. Of course, the perverts (I'll not list names) want her in G-strings instead of G-10.

Thank you everyone for your comments, and even criticism. ;) I can tell I'll be makng more of these. In fact, I think I want one for myself.... :D

Super knife
one Id be happy to own..Butcher Blocks comments are interesting..I think your mark placement throw the photo off a little ..in person Im sure that less noticeable
perhaps placing it horizontal it would sit better?
Loveless style rivets are a cool oldschool touch ..
