Custom Emerson Commander?

Found this knife while searching on eBay. Description says it's a custom from Thailand.

I recently bought my Mini 7 from this seller, and it's legit. I'm not sure about this Commander look-alike though.
Title of the listing does not say it's an Emerson. Although it does have an Emerson protrusion.

Looks like a broken commander.

But at least it gives credit to emerson for the "hook"

IMO its just a simple copy of the shape. somebody liked it and made his\ her own commander

There was a kerambit someone posted about not too long ago. That had
similar materials on it and was also a blatant coppy.:thumbdn:

It a shame that seemingly capable knife makers decide to rip off other
peoples stuff over doing some of there own designs.
