Custom Equipment?

Does anyone know a place where a person can get knives/gear custom made if you give them specifications for it? I'm not looking for site that just gives me options to choose from, I need an actual custom, handmade job done.

There are a bunch of vendors and custom knife makers here on the forum. Perhaps if you post what you were looking for, some folks who have gotten custom work done can help point you in the right direction.
