Had an idea for this estwing and went with it.
Spend about an hour on the hacksaw and another hour on the belt sander so not a lot of time into it.
Some deep nicks that I decided to leave. Sharpened, cleaned up the leather and sealed it. Thinking a kydex sheath but not there yet.
