Custom Fighter by J Lyon - Anyone know who this is?

Found this recently in the Seattle area. Very well made theater-style knife with white plexiglas and brass spacers. OAL is 10" with a 5.75" blade.
It is not by Jason Lyon down in Arizona.

Any help appreciated.

I guess I should clarify that the knife is not marked, so it may not have been made by J LYON.

Does anyone know a J LYON leathersmith?
