My new folders from Kizlyar.

I've got an NSK Sterkh too and used it quite a bit. it's one of my favourites. Kizlyar knives are good but hard to get in Australia, I'll get more when I can. Nice pictures of it and the biker. I see differences from the one I have. The blade on the your NSK doesn't have the etching and has notches on the blade. Yours has allen screws for the tension adjustors and the handle slabs instead of phillips heads. Are these the custom features or do you mean the blade steel as well say?
 
Really nice folders! Kizlyar has consistently impressed me with nearly all of their offerings.
Where did you get 'em? Are they readily available through most Kizlyar retailers?
 
To roderic41: Biker and Sterh have on handle slabs instead of allen screws to.
Steel blade for this knifes not standart, it's custom.
 
To puukkoman: I get it's knifes in Ukraine from distributor. But for custom necessary place an order and wait long time...

the biker is 110x18 ?? i think,,
i recall many people ordered stirkh nsk in x12mf.... and one of them had a rib on the back........

sorry about the delay we have in making cusatom orders,, you must see how thick the list of orders is,

also other thing was that it is sometimes a hassel to send the knives by post, so a expeditor must take them or other ways must be used to send them,,
crazy russian postal services...
did you get your knives in the post or from one of our expeditors?

the knife you have is mostlikely quite old,,
we make many variants,,
we now make all the pocket knives with hex screws,,
stirkh can be had in many variants, but in australia it is limited to what our distributor has at the time,, he has quite a sorterment,,

there is an internet shop that is p[art of the russian page... you can buy these knives in australia..
the newer pocket knvies he has are all unengraved,

they are our main distributor in ukrain,,

there is only one man doing the custom pocket knives now,,,,,,, we had 3 for a while but two of them left recently, and its hard to find anyone who knows how to put pocket knives togeather..

oh,,,,, the photograph is from summer ,, :D , now its all ravins. (voron) and wind and dust and mud and such ,, no snow just yet,,

Is there any retailer in the US that carries the folding knives? I've searched on google and mostly found the fixed blades. I'm really interested in the NSK Bars. This is the first time I've ever seen Kizlyar knives and I must say they are impressive looking.

:) i have just returned form klinok my self..... :)
i think the show last year was better than this one..
but maybe it is jsut me,, seeing tomany knives after a while makes all but the most interesting ... uninteresting :D

if i get a chance i woudl like to go to the ukrainian show

you can order it from austrlia form our english part of the website,, the ones he has a quite good for the money,, and the leather hndmade sheaths are worth as much as the knife :D theyer realy solid,,
the blades on these are about 4.5mm thick,, so its not a thin blade....

for 65$ aus it is realy a good price, i think thats maybe35-40$ us?? .. anyway have a look
