custom folders

I'm looking for someone to make me a custom 3" recurve or hawksbill kerambit folder - no fancy stuff - either framelock or safe and sturdy linerlock, G10 scales, S30V blade...does anyone have recommendations? how much would that costs? I would especially prefer new up and coming makers who offer "value for money" (sorry, am tight of funds) but who have a reputation for quality and service....

There is no short supply with good custom guys on this forum, but the only one that I have had the pleasure of dealing with is Winston Knives, their prices are great as well
