Custom Griptilian Parts

I wanted to know if there was knife maker who makes custom parts for Griptilians. I already know of Wilkins grips, but I was interested in Carbon Fiber scales and a black low riding pocket clip.
 
Definitely check with STR here on BF about the low ride clip.

As for CF scales, I haven't seen anyone making commercially available ones yet.
 
There's a German company called Custom Scales Division that has some exotic wood scales advertised---they might have CF as well.
 
I'm getting a Mini Griptilian w/ a Damascus blade from snakeriverknives already. I just emailed CSD asking how much a set of CF scales and postage would be to the US and I'm waiting for a response.

Also, I just read STRs thread about his pocket clips and he doesn't offer them in black (unless I missed something). I will look into his bead blasted clip if I can't find someone to make me a black one.

If you go to the Spyderco subforum here you can see the work Haze has done on some Spydies. It might be worth contacting him about doing something in CF with your mini-G.

You could also contact Matt (Trimcut) here on BF. He does some scale work for folks, but I don't know whether he works in CF or if he works on mini-Gs.
 
So, CSD got back to me this morning and they quoted me a pretty decent price for the CF scales shipped to the States, less than $100. I looked around on their website's gallery and I saw a set of glow in the dark spacers. I must have these.;) Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I'll look into these.
 
rookie4real - yes, the Wilkins Griptilkins fit the Ritter RSK Mk1, I have an orange set on mine right now.

Wonderful, I was playing with the idea to to get the RSK MK1, but I just did not care for the handles it comes with. But now I really want it, just need to decide if it's going to be worth the price $145(grips)+$118(knife)=263+S&H , close to a price of a small sebenza.
J_Roc, how do you like yours? How is the s30v holding so far?
 
rookie4real - I really like the G-10 grips, no more hollow sound when it opens, but it is a little heavier with them on. No issues with the S30V

Awesome. I checked out their gallery, the CF with GITD jimped backspacer is incredibly cool. Keep us posted on the scales!
 
I think I am pretty set on picking up the CF scales from CSD. They offered them to me at a great price, $95 internationally shipped fro the scales and Glow in the Dark plain spacer.

I still need someone to make me a low rider pocket clip, and possibly jewel thumb studs. Any takers?
