Custom Hard Case, can someone help?

I want a hard case for my satsuma Biwa.
They are fragile and expensive and I can only get these nylon soft cases for them.
I want one of those plastic, foam-lined cases with the latches for mine.
Can anyone point the way?

Danny, they should be easy to find I would think. Wouldn't any large guitar case do? Maybe a nice half-rounded one like those made for Ovation guitars?

You can always cut more foam to line the case if it doesn't support it enough, but I think it will. The shape should accomodate it easily, as it is made in a generic size.
