Custom Hunting Knife

I am looking for a high quality, traditional, form-follows-function, fixed blade, general purpose hunting knife.

Here is what I have in mind:

4 to 5 inch blade
drop point or spear point
convex grind
forged blade
short brass single guard
sambar stag handle
straight handle
premium no-frills leather sheath

The overall shape of the knife should look something like the Dozier skinner from the Dozier Classic knife series.

Who makes a knife like this or which maker should I contact?

Those are some great knives!
However they don't quite match what I had in mind.

Does anyone know of a knife that matches my list?

And Scott: I have checked out your home page and those are some mighty fine blades you are making. I love the way these knives just seem to beg to be used.
 
There are many ABS guys that can make what you are looking for. Jimmy Crowell is one of the best, Reggie Barker, John Fitch, many more.
