Well,I finally got it together,and snapped a quick shot.Not too fancy,scratched (not too bad) and used (not abused)
I promised I'd show 'em,here they are.
I appreciate you guys making these for me,Luc,Tom,Brian,Paul,Bob Dozier and there is even a PJ Tomes production tomatoe knife in there (fabulous)
I use AG Russell 6 & 8 Italian forged chef knives,and an AG russell Woodswalker,too (didn't put 'em in cause of size )
I wanted all different handle materials,for variety.Mostly SS,some D-2.
I certainly am enjoying these,I hope you all enjoy seeing them

Vince, you got some nice knives there. If I had your Burnley fast food containers all over Alabama would cringe in fear. Larry :cool:

It would be Ford,but I like Caruso's better.Now you all know what the C in VCM is for
One of Queens best Italian restaraunts,kept Mom & Pop hidden secret,pre 1940,proprietor Vincent Caruso.

You've certainly got all the knives you will need for any food preparation you are planning to do. Great looking knives.
 
Great set, Vince........all VERY practical, and handsome as well ! It makes sense to me to invest in good kitchen cutlery; more than any of my blades, those in the kitchen, day in and day out, get the "yeoman's" call.
