There is still hope for humanity, I recently shipped a very old,(one of his early ones) Bud Nealy Custom Aikuchi, accidently to some one who bought something of E-Bay from me, I couldn't find it or prove that I shipped to this person,

Now not only was this knife valuble because of when he made it, it also held substantial personal value as it was the first custom knife I'd ever bought.

Well I came home Friday, and there it was in a Priority Mail Box with a note explaining that the knife must have been a mistake, and it was being returned.

There are still some honest people around, so how about a round of applause for the honest people, and Herpes sores for the dishonest ones.

Any similar stories?

It was on my desk, and it fell into the box filled with styrofoam peanuts and the item I was shipping, didn't even notice it was missing till I came home from the PO, than the search began, cause I couldn't believe it wasn't on the desk, I was accusin' everyone from my kid to the cleanin' lady of misplacin' it.

Good story, I love to hear the good ones.

BTW, T.E., show at the firehouse in Mt Bethel next Sunday 10/12.
I'll be in the small room.

Cool, I'll be at the table in the corner of the engine room next to the ladies room. Fat guy tattoos:D Actually alot of people say I look like the father on American Chopper.

You need to send the honest person some nice reward. A bottle of fine wine for example. Or, get on the web and search up a nice restaraunt near your honest friend. Call the establishment up and arrange a gift certificate sufficient to cover a full meal for two with drinks and desert.

Leave it to Gollnick to beat me to the punch. :)

That person needs to be rewarded in some way. If it were me, I would get a gift certificate for one of the resturant chains(Red Lobster maybe?) and send it to them. Tell them that dinner is on you.

Thanks for the idea guys, I tried money, but they refused, a dinner or gift certificate would probably work better.

Thanks
