Custom Knife handles

I am looking for some information concerning getting new handles put on my knifes. I have two Buck Intrepids, that I love. The only problem with them is the handles are a little on the small size for me. Since I used these knifes for camping & hiking (Out door) use, the handles have to be tuff.

Any help?

There are several of the regulars here who do custom scales/grips...but what exactly are you looking for??? Stag, phenolic, horn, wood??? You want bigger, do you mean wider, thicker, longer??? A pic of your knife with maybe a sketch of what you think it needs would help! ;)

Edit: muskrat_man and arksknives have both posted pics of their work in the last month or so... ;)
 
I've been thinking along those same lines as well. I'd like to get some stag or bone handles on a 112 that I have. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Those are georgeous Mike. I talked to ark this am, and after seeing those pictures I think I am convinced on what I want. Now it's only a matter of how many do I send him :p Looks like I only get an apple for lunch for the next month!! :o

as chickentrax has already mentioned, I do alot of custom work for people and would be happy to help any of my fellow forum members out.
