Custom knife help - alot of detail

Hey all - I found this knife in the bottom of a pile i just recently came into.

Alot of detail but can not seem to find any markings what so ever.... any help is appreciated

Hard to tell much and I am no expert. My first thought was a customized Pakistani damascus blade.

Some US Native Americans take low end knives, modify them with a "Native American" theme for resale. I have one (Buck 112 clone) that was sold at a Conn. museum of Native American life. It also was unmarked but not even close to that elaborate. Per a family member who worked there and bought it for me, it was sold to the museum by a distributor as having been made on some reservation, but no specifics or paperwork was available.
