Custom knife maker who does good stainless steel

Ive been on a quest to find a rust resistant production knife for under 200 that fits my needs for a long time now and sadly that quest has come almost come to an end so now its time to have someone build 1

Spyderco has a few selections of knives made in H 1 steel. I used mine all the time, no rust in the salt water for over 2 years.

I have a forged s/s knife made by Sean Mc Williams, a 5" Panama fighter. I used it on elk hunting, outdoor yard work, and on the boat fishing. No rust either. Of course I used forged s/s from Randall Made knives for 25 years and no rust. I would like to add, Buck knives make damn good knives that resist rust at very affordable prices. I have 3, one in the tackle box no issues at all !!

Fixed/folder, size, purpose - all important details.

Its a fixed blade
Blade length:5 inches or so
Grind:flat grind
Handle:5 inches long or so not hidden tang i dont care what material it is
Steel: i know this depends on heat treat but it has to be easy to sharpen
