how much would it cost to get a 10inch custom cpm 3v bowie or kukri.
and does anyone know any custom knife makers, i cant find any in the uk that uses cpm 3v

The cost depends on a load of things, design, materials, construction, fame of maker etc. You need to give more details.

3V is very expensive. It is also very wear resistant which means it will take the maker a lot of time to put the finish on it. Time equals money. Add in the handle and other materials, abrasives, heat treating, sheath etc. You should be sitting down when you get the price quote.
