Custom knife shop question

With the 110 custom orders you can have the normal brass bolsters or silver. Would that be nickel-silver or stainless steel bolsters? And are the liners the same composition? The normal 110 is a one piece bolster/liner of brass. Are the silver that same way or the bolster's silver with brass liners?

The "silver" bolsters available on Pete's Custom Knife Shoppe are in fact nickle silver and yes, the liners are the same color. They do appear to be one piece on my knives from PCKS.

Have you found the silver bolsters to be more durable than the brass?

I'm not sure if they actually wear any differently than brass, but the nickle silver sure does tarnish a lot slower.
