custom knifestores in NYC??

I will be on vacation soon in New York, somewhere on Long Island at my in-laws. Any how, what i am wondering, being such a big city there must be some custom knife stores. Does anyone know of any???

Paragon Sporting goods, 18th st. and Broadway, has a good selection of folders from well known makers such as Osborne, Terzoula, Pardue and Elishewitz.

Barrett-Smythe has a great gallery of one of a kind handmades by some of the top makers.
Be prepared for extreme sticker shock, up to $10,000!
