Custom Knives

I am looking to have a set of chef knives made for my career and I can not find any that are beautiful as well as functional. I wouldn't mind learning how and maybe would one day like to come out with my own line of affordable designer knives. Right now I just want to find someone to work with me to create these knives. I didn't want to spend more than $500 because I am really looking for something affordable. Its a 4 knife set

Did I read that right? You are looking to get 4 chef knives custom made to your specs "that are beautiful as well as functional", and you want it done for $500 total? If that's the case then good luck. You will be searching for a loooong time. Also, You need to be posting in the WTB forum
