Hey guys!
Here's some finished pictures of a sword length kris we made for a customer. We incorporated a bunch of nepalese influence into the blade, from the engraving to the cascasding chirras through to the one piece brass hilt on a horn handle.
SPECS:
20" Blade Length
6" Handle Length
750gm blade
A traditional nepalese dap as well as a more indonesian style carved wooden sheath with brass banding. Really happy with how it's turned out and keen to see what the customer thinks.

That’s badass, I always marvel at the grind work on kris knives. How sharp is it?

I had a cheap (I think) one when I was young. My dad used to get me knives on his travels. Wish I still had it.

Again, really impressive work! Everything I've seen suggests that you guys really have something going out there.

It's very sharp, but it could be a lot sharper. This has the convex edge that's typical on a lot of nepalese blades but with a more hollow grind and finer edge this would be devastatingly sharp.

Thanks mate, it's always great to see our work appreciated
