Can you post pictures of the light? I might be able to set you up, if it's anything like my Fenix. I used a Comp-Tac belt clip.
Edit - I looked it up (duh,) and with the bezel flared like that, I'd probably have to make it lens-up. How would you feel about that? Or, I could just send you some Kydex and provide instructions.
