Custom Kydex for RC4

I got this sheath from a friend & it is awesome !

man when you insert the RC4 it clicks into place and it is there...no worries about loss of the RC4 ...it takes alittle effort to remove the knife.Top Quality sheath, I am very impressed with its fit/function.

O-yes the factory sheath is one of the best but this was a freebie and it gives me an option to wear on my belt and leave the boot clip on the factory for alternate wear or leave the factory sheath molle clipped to my Pygmy falcon II,I have several RC4 factory sheath all set up in different fashions & just swap knives for each purpose... Kinda thinking ahead with out breaking down each sheath for different carry options.

That's a great looking sheath. The factory sheath is one of the things that really keeps me from loving these knives.

That flared opening is sweet! I especially like the way the sheath is square at the bottom and doesn't come to a point.

Great looking knife.

Well i have my new RC4 and am contemplating an IWB Kydex sheath. I have not been able to find any online so I am thinking about making my own. I have a press and have played with the stuff before... If I can make some at a cheap enough price would anyone be interested? or am I just crazy?
