Custom Kydex Sheath for My G-10 ADC

Made this kydex sheath earlier today for my ADC, was supposed to be brown but my kydex supplier sent me this golden sand color in the place of the brown I ordered. It's a cool color non the less, I like it. Still gonna look around to see if I can find a darker woodland brown though.:thumbup:

Looks good. The knife prints great on the kydex. Which kind of foam did you use (dedicated sheath making foam or alternatives) and in which press (home made, bought, etc.)?

However I must say you didn't put enough rivets on it

Thanks Mike, I like me some eyelets!:thumbup: I actually use dedicated press foam but I have a fairly heavy duty wood/metal press that I custom made, works really well.

Could you snap a couple pictures of the wood/metal press you put together? I attempted to build one just like the ones you can buy but at the time my resources were limited and didn't have my welding skills polished... so it didn't come out as expected.

Now seems like I can source Kydex, eyelets and some specific tooling locally (I live in Spain) so I might try my hand at making some sheaths out of this material. Buying everyhing in the states gest somewhat expensive as you can imagine.
