Skystorm and Sagewood (Goose) come to mind immediately, both registered as makers here. But they might want you to mail your axe or hawk around, which sound expensive on top of expensive. They make gorgeous stuff, though. Some of the makers prefer to create patterns for common pieces in order to keep things manageable. Custom work is more expensive and more problematic. But those two guys ought to know whom else to talk to if they're not interested.

Most importantly, you have to post pictures of your GB pair or we'll think you're just jerkin' our chains. :D
