Custom made multi-tool?

I was looking at my multitools last night and actually said to my gf "I wonder if anyone makes a custom multitool".

I would stick a proper sized firesteel on one side, with a removable scraper. Maybe another fold out compartment for keeping cotton wool or tinder. I really only use the blades and saw when I'm outdoors anyways, and have yet to use a can opener or wire stripper lol.
 
I've thought about it a lot. So far I've just been replacing blades on mine. I'd really like a hook remover on it and skinnier pliers for fishing. Can opener, yep, used it to open a can o chili. Wire Stripper? Mine doesn't have one. I would like a pair of nail clippers built in, but can't figure out how to make them small enough to fit in.
