Custom Made Multi Tools?

Hi, just wondering if there is such a thing as custom made multi tools in the vein of SAK's. I love the victorinox and wegner knives but was wondering if any custom knife makers make such knives.

I wish victorinox would just offer you to pick what tools you want. Like pick 91mm scales, get rid of the stupid hook, add what you want!

I would buy a full custom pliers based MT with a good warranty.
