custom made sheaths

Hi guys, anyone know where I can get a sheath custom made?? Been looking for ages on the web but no luck, I need a custom dropleg sheath for a wilkinson sword dartmoor survival knife in cordura i was thinking, any comments?? cheers

I don't know about condura (with a plastic liner and some sort of snaps, I am assuming), but what do you think about Kydex? With Kydex there is no need for snaps, you can can quickly remove and replace the knife without any fuss. Kydex is very tough, too.

The top three Kydex sheath makers are, IMO:

Eric at OnScene Tactical
Buy Brown

Okay, I must confess I have never used an OnScene Tactical sheath, but they are supposed to be very good. I had a Buy Brown sheath for a Busse Mean Street and it was really good. IMO (and many people agree with me), Bob Dozier's Kydex sheaths are the best sheaths in the world. Period. And yes, he does custom sheath orders (not just for his own knives).

This may not be the direction you want to go in, but it will at least give you something to look at and think about. Hope it helps.

I have both an On/Scene sheath & Buy Brown. Both are excellent. But, I like On/Scene's better.
