Benchmade Custom mini grip

I ordered a custom mini grip and it came with the wrong blade so i had 2 send it back its been just about 2 months since i placed the order for it am i asking for 2 much by thinking they might offer me something or a coupon for next order
 
It's been 2 months since you placed the order. Not 2 months since you shipped it back? The order takes time to fulfill, then ship, then get sent back ,then get corrected.
 
Two months since you placed the original order for the custom mini grip? Doesn't seem out of line to me. 2-3 Weeks until they made the first one, a few days till you got it, then you shipped it back? Assuming right the next day ideally. Let's say two days, you're already close to a month then. 2-3 days for them to get it, another day or two to process. Then they make a new blade, let's say another week for that, you're in the at about 5-6 weeks just for that, so you should get it back soon. Although it shouldn't take too much longer imho for a blade swap.
 
It took 10 days 2 get it from the day i ordered it then sent it back and they received the 29th of last month and have not heard anything

I'd email them on Monday then, a whole month without comms isn't great customer service in my book. Not sure if these are the vacation months in the states as well (we have summer break here, lots of people on vacation) so it might be a little slower than usual due to that.
