Custom Miniature - Recommendations

So I am wanting to get some custom knives made and been looking around for a maker willing to work with me to little success so am looking for recommendations. I am wanting a miniature bowie sort of like the Buck 903 in design in 1:3 scale so about 5" long proportional. Natural materials like wood or stag or antler or bone. Carbon, Damascus, even stainless blade. Brass, nickel, or mokume or copper guard. So basically a miniature Bowie about 5" overall, give or take, made from traditional materials, open to whatever the individual maker prefers for materials and their own twist on the design. I thought I was being fairly loose on the requirements but I haven't been able to find anyone interested in making one. Any recommendations of who I should contact? I want it to sort of look like this:
