if you've got a a pancake sheath, use the tek loks this won't be for you but if you have a taco sheath this may be worth your while. Sure you could just opt for a pancake sheath but for those
of us invested in the taco already, cheap alternative. It's solid and it works. Very thin profile. Have done this on 4 sheaths with blades ranging 5 to 8 inches in length. Any longer than that I'm not sure

noticed that I mounted the platform low. You can change the hang on this for good retention, draw, and it's not flopping around so I usually mount mine high
