I just bought a little custom made neck knife. It's a straight little weehawk with a finger notch in the middle. The blade is mirror polished and the two reddish handle-plates seem to be imitation stag horn. A snap fastener is glued on the left side of the blade, where it engages its counterpart on the leather sheath. The right side of the blade has a countersunk logo that is framed in a circle, resembling the mark of a cattle brand. The logo reads either CV or GV. The guy who sold me the knife said that the maker is also a gun designer or gun maker but has been making knives for some years now. This ring a bell with anyone?
