Custom OD green scales for my Manix 2

I have been scouring the Internet to find some OD green scales for my Manix 2. I haven't even found a picture of one that had been "pimped" in that fashion. I have read how difficult some have found in removing the scales because of the design of the lanyard hole. Is this the reason for the lack of different color scales. I would like to keep the scales G10. Any help would be appreciated.
