Custom paul rimpler

Gotta custom paul rimpler in a trade and dont know much about the maker,, eny information on him and the blades he crafted? Thanks guys and gals
 
Interesting, I have a throwing knife stamped "RIMPLER". Don't know anything about him though or if it's the same guy.
 
I recall the name and may have communicated with him many years ago about throwing knifes as I recall and they may have been in relation to the Viper by Harald Moeller but I can't say for sure.

Well, unfortunately mine isn't worth anything. I bought it a very long time ago at an "outdoor show" at the local community college. Didn't know the guy would be noteworthy. It was little more than a straight bar of steel with a couple of rough bevels hammered in and some leather riveted to the handle. It didn't work very well so I re-ground the bevels last year (and ruined any value) but it works a lot better now.
