delta-z makes a wierd little pen knife kind of thing that opens a little like a balisong. I don't know about quality but I think their osprey knives are considered to be pretty nice so you could take a look at there pens.

Thanks! Both of those are really cool... I collect old OSS/SOE stuff, and to me, these are the modern equivalents... The custom daggers I remember looked like an executive ballpoint, but when the cap was removed, they had a quality triangular blade, kind of like a Crawford spike. Besides him, does anyone know of a custom maker who might take on this endeavor. I'm seeking a working tool that will go with business attire.

For the OTF Scribe, if you are considering it, dont get it from PVC - Only due to me seeing ones usually on www.bladeauction.com for $45 instead of PVCs $75.

I also would like to know if there are any that are actually a usable pen but can "Transform" into something much more if needed, maybe even someone that custom retrofits actual quality pens on the market.... (need good quality and the ability to allow someone to use the pen without ever knowing what else was within)
