Hi folks,

One of our long-time supervisor is retiring and we're thinking of getting him a custom pizza wheel, similar to the one below but just prettier

The handle should be on the longer side , I'm thinking 5-6in. The blade doesnt have to be huge, maybe 2.5-3in radius, low grind, durable edge (pizza cutter doesnt need super sharp edge) so I'm thinking a tough stainless (since he's cutting pizza with it) like NitroV, AEBL, Sandvik, 154CM, whatever. Guard is optional.

I know this is kind of unconventional to ask, but thought I'd try my BF folks first. Need this by November unfortunately, so I'm flexible with details if it cuts down on time. Also, dont know how much something like this costs so please pm me to work out any ideas.

If anyone would like this undertaking or have questions please feel free to ask! Once again, I'm very flexible about the materials, design, etc as long as it stands out from 10$ store junk.

Appreciate everyone's time.

Oaak Forge makes one called the "pizza slayer" in many different variations. not sure if they still make them.

The one Dawkind recommended is much nicer tho.

Some nice cutters indeed.
Does it have to be a wheel? We use an ulu as pizza cutter.
Good luck.
Yeah, unfortunately it needs to be a wheel. The group of them decided on it and I was chosen to "source" it as the knifiest knife guy...

I'll look into the suggested and shoot off some emails! Thanks guys
