Custom Push Dagger

So it's running through my mind that I'd like to get a custom push dagger forged, with a few modifications away from the mainstream. Idea is this:

Base is composed of two finger loops (a la Knuckle dusters) wrapped in some sort of rubber or polysynthetic that makes it more comfortable to hold, and extends out into a blade that's only 2 inches or so long.

Any recommendations on whom I could consult for this, or any ideas on the concept itself?
