Custom S30V Knife

Mr. Mooney is a knifemaking mentor of mine, and I can tell you that if you love his work in photos on the internet, you will be absolutely overjoyed when you get to handle one of his knives in 'real life'! They are absolute beautiful works of art with flawless execution, and Mike is a helluva nice guy to boot!
 
I wouldn't be embarrassed by anything on there man, great work, great shots of beautiful knives. That's all we need :D
 
Talk about embarrassing...I've been on BF since 2005 and this will be like my 22nd post!! I'm on track for a record year with this one! ;-{)

I don't expect him to remember me but I got to meet Mike at a knife show last year and was really impressed with him and his work. His knives stood out above the others' because they had such perfect grinds and his finish work blew me away. Easily as good as I've ever seen on any knife at any price. He was also a very nice guy to talk to. That's why I remember him. It's great to have him here.
 
I intend to see Mike at Blade this summer

and hope he can also help me out with my most wanted knife, no matter what the time frame is...

Ray, what show did we meet at? I'd remember you if I could see a picture of you, but I meet SO many people at shows and this old brain just can't remember them all.

Mike, congrats on being "official" on bladeforums! We talked at the Pasadena show last year. I know you meet a lot of people so it's impossible to remember. My memory is worse than anyone. I'm so bad, I probably wouldn't recognize you if I saw your picture. I'd probably just think you look familiar. I totally remember your name and your knives though because I remember how impressed I was. I'm sure we'll meet again at another show.
