Custom SAK work: Who? where?

Hello, I would like to essentially embellish a SAK Huntsman with fancy (fluted or pinched) nickel bolsters and maybe Sambar or deer stag. Is there anybody or an outfit that does this kind of work? Please do tell.
 
I'm currently looking for someone who can do me some wood scales for a 91mm so forgive me if I tag on to your post. :)
